There are certainly many opportunities for improvement and innovation in the plants and processes that concern them. But, certainly, the drive to make one’s business more efficient cannot be limited to the confines of the treatment plant.
It is from this consideration that our new service was born: the treatment of waste on site through the use of mobile screening and shredding plants transported directly to the customer’s site and used to carry out preventive treatment of waste. With great benefits for the customer and also for the environment.
The use of our mobile plants, in fact, allows us to treat solid waste, even from areas to be reclaimed, with the aim of obtaining waste compliant with the recovery activity at specific plants or final disposal at landfills or waste-to-energy plants.
The service is carried out using IMG2 mobile plants:
1) Doppstadt DW 2560 mobile SHREDDING plant:
– authorised operations: R12 and D13;
– capacity 250,000 tons per year / 600 tons per day.
2) Doppstadt SM 518 mobile SCREENING plant:
– authorised operations: R12 and D13;
– capacity 700,000 tons per year / 1920 tons per day.
3) Minelli M20 loader.
4) Sennebogen 355 telescopic shovel.
Mobile plants can be used either individually (just for shredding/crushing or screening) or in line to obtain two distinct fractions at the end of the process.
To design this service we have brought together the experience in intermediation and the propensity to always seek highly customized solutions that has always characterized IMG2 with the plant engineering expertise acquired thanks to the other two companies of Indaco Holding: Ingeco and Esposito Servizi Ecologici.
From the union of the group’s skills, a service was born that allows you to optimize each operation and avoid unnecessary transportation (expensive from an economic and environmental point of view).
