Ingeco, together with its subsidiaries I.M.G.2 and Esposito Servizi Ecologici, will be present at Ecomondo 2021, the event dedicated to the ecological transition and new models of circular and regenerative economy.
An opportunity for dialogue between all the protagonists of a sector of fundamental importance and in continuous evolution.
Here are the answers of the director of the Agrate (MB) plant of Ingeco on participation in this event.
Ingeco, with its subsidiaries IMG2 and Esposito Servizi Ecologici, is participating in Ecomondo. What do you expect from an event of this importance?
Ingeco is the youngest of the three companies and is present for the first time as an exhibitor at Ecomondo. We are very excited and participating with the other subsidiaries is a source of pride.
We expect to tell visitors about our strengths: dynamism and high attention to environmental aspects.
What technical progress do you think the sector requires? And how relevant can the comparison between companies be in this regard in a context such as Ecomondo?
There is no doubt that the years ahead will be extremely turning points for the waste sector. Meeting the increasingly demanding requests for disposal and recovery of final plants focuses on the creation of matrices with an increasingly innovative production process that leaves no room for improvisation. From this point of view, Ingeco is always looking for suppliers and partners with cutting-edge technical solutions and the Ecomondo exhibition has always been the right reference for our sector.
How much does and will be the weight of attention to the environment and the territory in your sector?
Respect for the environment and the territory is the fundamental theme that will determine the presence or absence of players in the future of the waste sector. Our planet is facing unprecedented challenges and the legislator has already identified the objectives to be pursued from now until the near future. Ensuring respect for the environment through technological innovation, authorization requirements and certification processes is the main path.
