As of Feb. 1, 2023, in order to offer even more efficiency, Indaco Holding will reorganize the activities of its companies, assigning the management of services according to the logic of competence and synergy.
As of that date, the structure of Indaco Holding will be as follows:
- IMG2 will maintain its role as an intermediary and contractor.
- INGECO will be the management company for plant activities and will oversee the services offered by the Group’s 3 treatment plants-Gorle 1 (soil-washing soil plant), Gorle 2 (non-hazardous special and municipal solid waste treatment plant), and Agrate Brianza (non-hazardous special and municipal solid waste treatment plant).
- ESPOSITO SERVIZI ECOLOGICI will manage logistics for all Group companies, relying on the substantial know-how developed over the years and the fleet of specifically equipped trucks.
This reorganization is aimed at the creation of three companies that are highly specialized in their field of operation, but synergistic with each other, with respect to clients, suppliers and the market. Defining who does what and enhancing the skills and development potential of each company is our way of offering those who come to us better and better services, more and more precise answers, and a concept of quality that guides every choice we make.
