The 2023 edition of Ecomondo ended a few days ago, but the energy and enthusiasm that such an event produces in the environment and in the people who work in the waste disposal and treatment sector have certainly not subsided.
Ecomondo is not only an opportunity to get in touch with new methodologies and technologies, to talk about goals and objectives, but a moment to share the visions and perspectives that guide us in our daily work.
This year’s edition marked a further step forward compared to the previous one, a sign of the constantly growing prestige of this event, which closed with record numbers: 1,500 participating brands, 150,000 square meters of exhibition area, four entire days of business and networking, with great participation also at a digital level (the B2B Greentech Insight platform recorded 600 thousand views of the exhibitors’ profiles).
A success that, this year more than ever, has gone beyond national borders. Those who spent these days in their stand, in contact with a large and interested public, and those who participated in the various events organized within Ecomondo 2023 immediately realized the international relevance in terms of themes, but above all of public: there were more than 630 foreign operators present and the countries of origin included Spain, Germany, Greece, Serbia, Egypt, Tunisia and many representatives of sub-Saharan Africa.
Like every year, the fair was shaped like a vortex of a vortex of constructive and valuable interactions, made of engaging and concrete meetings, with a strong emphasis on Green economies, well represented by the presentations of electric, biomethane and hydrogen motorization solutions. Words met and generated ideas, the basic building blocks of any solution and innovation.
For us, Ecomondo 2023 was an important opportunity to highlight Indaco Holding, which this year brings together the group’s companies, and to meet customers, suppliers, partners, competitors, acquaintances and new realities: in practice, a succession of stimuli and steps in the right directions. It was also the best setting to talk to each other, away from the daily frenzy and to recognize ourselves as increasingly similar and united.
In a fair that traces the direction in which the future will move, we took advantage of it to take a further step forward in building our own: concrete, responsible, true.
