Ecomondo 2021 was a special event. It is in every edition, because it represents an extraordinary opportunity for discussion between the different operators in the sector.
But this year, it also concentrated the energy and desire to interact in person, to be present, to move beyond roles and tasks: it was a meeting of people.
And, as only such a meeting can do, it generated solutions and reflections, but also allowed us to share ideas, visions, ambitions.
The desire to meet and discuss, so understandable given the period we have lived through, has highlighted even more the excitement that can be felt in the waste disposal and treatment sector.
Wandering around the stands, we were able to observe with great satisfaction the quality of the technological development of the operators and the establishment of a positive, constructive competitiveness, aware that the growth and evolution of the sector represent a benefit for everyone.
For our three companies, IMG2, Ingeco and Esposito Servizi Ecologici, Ecomondo 2021 was the best opportunity to clearly and concretely convey the message that each of our companies has its own identity and specificities, but that they are not three separate entities, but rather a real group, cohesive and united by the same vision and the same approach, strengthened by the dialogue between its companies and, above all, between its people. Gathered together in the same stand and represented by their technical and commercial representatives, our companies brought their experiences and skills, highlighting the peculiarities of each: the role of IMG2, owner of the other two and an entity active in the not only commercial, but also operational and strategic management of the three innovative plants, the quality of the services and the attitude to innovation that distinguish Ingeco and the growth of Esposito Servizi Ecologici, purchased by IMG2 a few years ago and the subject of important investments aimed at guaranteeing increasingly cutting-edge solutions.
For us, participating in Ecomondo as exhibitors and not just as visitors meant a lot: it allowed us to be protagonists among the protagonists, to welcome customers and suppliers to our stand, but also to meet new people and companies, starting conversations that will certainly lead to interesting future collaborations.
